Hey Slite Family!

We did it! Well, YOU DID IT!

Thank you all so much for believing in Slite. From stumbling across our campaign, to making the choice to join us for the journey and now, putting your Slites to work. We couldn't be happier. Your patience, understanding, support and generosity means everything to us. 

To all who’ve reached out already with compliments, questions, ideas, feedback, thank you, and please, keep them coming! Community is incredibly important to us and the conversations to date have been such a blast. Having a community full of passionate, like-minded people is something we are incredibly proud of.

We’d also love to keep seeing how you use your Slite(s) to make incredible content. After all, creating brighter content was why you backed us in the first place! So please chuck a follow and tag us on the socials (@helloslite) and we’ll be sure to give your content some love! Seriously, some of you create some AMAZING things and we want to support you however we can. We’ll also be running some competitions soon for all those that tag us, but more on that later!

Hey Slite Fam!

AT LONG LAST, the final tracking numbers for our USA backers have been emailed! Please check your email and follow the links in BackerKit to stay updated on your order’s impending arrival.

All remaining international orders will be pushed out via email by Thursday!

Just a heads up to the handful of folks who haven't filled in their survey, you will need to fill it out and make the final payments before we can provide tracking.

We know it’s an unexpectedly and long, bumpy ride, but we really appreciate your patience and helping Slite on its maiden voyage.

Shipping Update

Hey Backers!

Unexpected delay after unexpected delay, we finally have some clarity. Our sincerest apologies again for the delays and time between updates. With clarity we wanted to share an update, and the good news.

Here's Alex packing and sending a batch of Slites and Expansion Packs to be processed for our Aussie backers.

Here are the anticipated dates for receiving your tracking:

• USA: your tracking number should be sent to you before Friday 7th April; if you haven’t received it by Friday 14th April, please contact [email protected] with your full name and backer #, and we’ll look into it ASAP;
• UK/EU: we expect to be able to start shipping within the next fortnight, but are still waiting on an infuriatingly slow confirmation regarding certification. It is expected this week. We'll update you as soon as we have confirmation.
• AU: you should receive your tracking number before Friday 7th April. If you have not received it by then, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and backer # and we’ll look into the issue ASAP;
• Rest of the World: it will vary based on your specific country, but your tracking details should come before 7th April. If you have not received your tracking number by then, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected] with your name and backer # and we’ll look into the issue ASAP!

Again, our sincerest apologies for the delays. The final few hurdles - country/region specific compliance and certification - were unexpectedly slow; a variable out of our control.

While overjoyed by the feeling of reaching this milestone, we're equally apologetic for  the delays - so it’s bittersweet. That said, we’re confident that the Slite you expected to receive when you backed the project will exceed your expectations! They have certainly exceeded ours!

Shipping has begun!

Shipping has begun!

We're very pleased to let you know that the first batch of Slite lights are on their way!The orders will be shipped in batches, starting with the USA next week. So keep an eye out for your tracking numbers, all those in America.

We're shipping to the States first, as fate would have us still waiting for European certification to be processed.
Incredibly frustrating, but as soon as we have this certification (we're estimating two weeks), we'll be shipping out to all our Euro backers, too. Apologies to those in Europe.

Thank you all for your patience! It's been a ride, but we're extremely pleased that these incredible Slite lights will be in your hands imminently.
